If you are looking for THE BEST VIEWS and luxurious, relaxing, serene, and tranquil accomodations - Sanibel Surfside #122 and #111 are the perfect places for your vacation! Our 2 condos are crisp, fresh, contemporary, clean, and bright.
We designed them to be the perfect balance of serenity and sophistication.
Pack light....we provide the beach towels, chairs (a variety of heights & styles), beach umbrellas, beach/pool toys, tennis rackets, and a lot more!
Both condos have a strict 4 guest maximum occupancy limit- infants and small children each count towards the 4 guests maximum. NO DOGS or CATS.
BOTH CONDOS HAVE RESERVED COVERED PARKING WHICH IS HARD TO FIND AT SANIBEL SURFSIDE!
The genuine care and comfort of our guests will result in service and experiences as memorable as Sanibel Island itself.
All rentals are always Saturday (Check-In 4pm) to Saturday (Check-Out 10am).

#111 IS DIFFERENT THAN #122 IN THESE AREAS:
•Bigger (1425 vs 1200 square feet total) & Corner End Location
•Two Lanais with sliding glass doors & screens. (Extra Private lanai connected to the Master Bedroom).
•Extra Side window for light and another view of the beach, ocean, and palm trees because it is a corner unit.
•1 King Bed and 1 Queen bed (No Twin beds – which is hard to find on Sanibel and is perfect for 2 couples that want to vacation together).
•Full size washer & dryer.
•3 “Smart” Blu-Ray players. (Will work with YOUR Netflix/Hulu/etc. account.)
•The rate is higher than Sanibel Surfside #122.

• We stay in our own condos frequently to update & upgrade them to exceed the high expectations of our guests. We work hard to earn our excellent reviews!
• Sanibel Surfside is one of the closest condos to the ocean on Sanibel. An Aerial or Satellite view using the address of : 610 Donax Street, Sanibel Island Florida will prove that to be true.
• Very few condos have screened lanais enclosed with sliding glass doors, high-end furniture with plush deep thick comfortable cushions, and ceiling fans.
• We provide unique amenities:
o Free Unlimited Long Distance Phone Calls (within the USA)
o Wine/Tennis Ball honor bar – take one/leave one
o Washer & Dryer in both condos.
o Binoculars
o Flash Lights
o Beach Towels
o Tennis Rackets
o Ceiling Fans in every bedroom and lanai
o Blu-Ray DVD Player with Netflix/etc. access (bring your account # & password).
o 3 Very Big Flat Screen TV’s in each condo. 3 DVD players too in each condo.

SANIBEL SURFSIDE COMPLEX:
- Small - Only 38 condos and most are not rented due to owners in residence.
- There is a beautiful, uncrowded, clean, refreshing heated pool! 42 FEET x 22 FEET. Depth Range 3.5 FEET to 6 FEET.
- 2 Newly Resurfaced Free Tennis Courts and One Pickle Ball Court (bring your Pickle Ball Paddles & Balls).
- 2 Gas Grills (Grill tools provided inside our condos) and 2 Shuffle Boards Courts (equipment provided).
Sanibel Surfside is also a SMOKE-FREE environment. The Condo's association by-laws are now being strictly enforced and do not allow smoking in the units, on the lanais, or anywhere near the pool. You can enjoy the fresh smell of the ocean breeze. If you are a smoker we recommend Point Santo, Sanibel Siesta, or The Sundial. They are beautiful condos with smoking area options.
WHY DO WE USE A LOCAL ON-SITE SANIBEL RENTAL AGENCY?
To help our guests avoid the new 15% VRBO/HomeAway "Service Fee".
AND.....
We use the assistance of a local helpful & friendly rental property management company for many reasons. You can easily check-in to obtain your keys regardless of how late you might arrive on Sanibel. Also, they will quickly respond 24 hours a day if you are locked out, misplace your key, or any other urgent matter. Their professional office will handle any paperwork and safely/securely collect your deposit & rental payments. They can also help you with any requests you may have while staying in our condo. The rental management company has a complimentary printer available to you in their office if you need to print a boarding pass or an important e-mail. Their services help us to provide excellent customer service to our guests so that you may have a first-rate, relaxing, and worry-free First-Class vacation. They are the most updated & upscale luxury condos at Sanibel Surfside. Many extras are provided to only #111 and #122 guests. From reserved covered parking to a wine honor bar to crystal wine glasses to tennis rackets to a beach closet with more beach chairs & umbrellas & beach toys than any other condo. Also an amazing DVD, CD, and book library in each condo for our guests. We even provide binoculars and flash lights! We (the owners) come about 4 times a year to make sure everything is clean, fresh and new. From all the bedding to kitchen contents to the beach closet. Thus, our rates will never be the least expensive condo at Sanibel Surfside. The best rate isn't the best value when it comes to Sanibel Surfside #111 & #122. We are not "absentee investors" that never check on their own condos. It is your vacation and you deserve the best accommodations on Sanibel and that is what we provide to our guests.
